Director of Human Resources (Full-time)

The Director of Human Resources provides leadership and operational oversight for Human Resources, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, workforce planning, HR systems, and staff-related processes at PCPC. This role partners closely with the Senior Director of Culture & Staff Development and organizational leadership to strengthen people practices, support operational excellence, and cultivate a positive staff experience that reflects and advances the mission and ministry of PCPC.

Part-Time Ministry Leader of Elementary (25 hrs/week) (Part-time)

As part of PCPC’s overall Children’s and Family Ministries, lead the Elementary Ministry in equipping the saints to proclaim Christ, His Gospel, and His Kingdom to the next generation. Set vision, determine direction, and provide shepherding care over all Elementary Ministry activity, curriculum, and resources for ages 1st – 5th grade.

Direct a healthy, Gospel-centered Elementary Sunday morning ministry (and other occasional programs) that will nurture and grow children spiritually and lay a foundation for them to be life-long followers of Jesus Christ.
Partner with parents to encourage and equip them in their primary role of discipling their children.
Build, shepherd, equip, and support volunteer leaders to serve in Elementary Ministry.

Fully integrate with Children’s Ministry and partner with all the ministries of PCPC to strengthen families in building Christ-centered, Gospel-saturated homes. Plan to be present and available on Sunday mornings for the Elementary children, parents, teachers, and volunteers.

Alignment with Mission and Vision

The Ministry Leader of Elementary builds and executes Sunday morning programming that teaches and models for children how to abide in Christ with an emphasis on His Word, Prayer, orporate worship, and fellowship with God’s people. The role is key in equipping the saints to extend Christ to elementary age children and families by connecting with families and the greater PCPC membership to build a team of adults that will minister to elementary children and one another.

Director of Safety, Security & Emergency Management (Full-time)

Part-Time Tuesday Morning Childcare Worker (Part-time)

Assist the Childcare Ministry in the care and nurture of babies and children between three months of age to kindergarten.

Tuesday morning Bible Studies are scheduled between 9:00 am – 12:00 pm on Tuesdays during the fall and spring semesters.

The hourly paid rate for childcare workers is $23.00 an hour at PCPC.

Part-Time Childcare Worker (Part-time)

Assist the Childcare Ministry in the care and nurture of babies and children between three months of age to kindergarten.

Weekly morning Bible Studies and ESL classes are scheduled between 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, Monday – Thursday. Evening ESL classes are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Other events revolving around the Children’s Ministry are planned throughout the year, which may require childcare.

The hourly paid rate for childcare workers is $23.00 an hour at PCPC.
