This position is classified as a full-time (40 hrs/wk) regular employee, benefit-eligible, exempt position and is not eligible for overtime. Mix of standard and non-standard office hours and days.
This position requires a Christ-centered individual who will develop and implement strategies to mobilize PCPC members and linguistically diverse individuals from our neighboring communities. This leader will provide quality training, feedback, and support for teachers, while fostering a learning environment that is accessible and impactful for students. He/she must effectively manage ESL systems and processes in order to facilitate language learning, achieve growth initiatives, and promote fruitful ministry.

PCPC’s ESL Ministry exists to extend the transforming presence of the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ in Dallas and to the world. This will be achieved by mobilizing and training PCPC members to engage with our international and linguistically diverse neighbors through English instruction, gospel proclamation, and benevolence.
Coordination of ESL Program (80%)
Provide Admin/Coordinator Support for City Missions (20%)
College degree and TESOL Certification is required as is experience in education, community outreach, and volunteer recruitment. Familiarity with social media is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Ministry Platform (MP) Database is a plus; must possess aptitude to learn and use MP on a regular ongoing basis. PCPC membership is preferred. (PCPC provides support to obtain TESOL and trains employees to use MP.)
